Terms and Conditions
  • This Ticket is personal. Re-sale or commercial usage of this Ticket without prior written permission will cause its immediate cancellation.
  • This Ticket is valid only for the specific date and time shown thereon and shall automatically expire thereafter. This Ticket can be used once only and may not be replaced, refunded or exchanged for any reason whatsoever, whether before or after the Ticket’s expiry.
  • The Ticket holder should arrive 15 minutes prior to the time shown on the Ticket. Late comers will not be admitted.
  • All liability arising out of loss of or damage to any personal property or loss of life, personal injury to any person, whether as a result of any person’s negligence or not are expressly disclaimed. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the visit to The View and their visit shall be at this adult’s and/or their guardian’s risk. No food or beverages are allowed at The View.
  • Entry timings and/or Ticket prices may be changed, varied or amended without notice or liability.
  • All persons and/or their belongings may be required to undergo a security check including but not limited to an x-ray examination and/ inspections of bags. Failure to comply with the foregoing shall be grounds for non-admission or request to leave from The View. Any behaviour which is likely to affect the safety or enjoyment of other visitors as well as the usage of offensive, abusive, threatening or insulating language will not be tolerated.
  • Personal belongings must be kept in a safe place. Liability for any lost or stolen property is expressly excluded.
  • Large bags, shopping bags and/or strollers must be kept in the Lockers located near The View entrance.
  • Responsibility for inclement weather conditions effecting visibility is hereby disclaimed. For your safety, the outdoor terrace may need to close during severe weather conditions. Refunds and re-scheduling of entry are not offered for inclement weather.
  • Photos and/or videos taken at, from or during the visit may not be commercially used. Usage of cameras, video recordings or otherwise may be disallowed at any time without notice.
  • It is strictly prohibited to place any item, including without limitation, mobile phones, cameras, selfie sticks, tripods, bags, and other personal belongings, on or through the gap/partitions of the window panels of the terrace or to hold such items outside the terrace of The View. Items must be kept inside the terrace at all times and photos/videos must only be taken from within the terrace.
  • The entire The View experience in Level 52 is wheelchair accessible while The View Next Level experience in Level 54 is accessible by stairs.
  • Pets are not permitted.
  • The following items are prohibited at The View: Magic markers, spray paint, Aerosol cans, Glass bottles, Knives, Fireworks/explosives, Firearms/ammunition, Chemical weapons, mace/pepper spray, Multi-tools, Skate shoes or any footwear with wheels.

  • هذه التذكرة شخصية؛ يؤدي إعادة بيعها أو استخدامها لأغراض تجارية دون الحصول على إذن كتابي إلى إلغائها فورًا.
  • هذه التذكرة صالحة في التاريخ والوقت المُدونين عليها فقط، وتنتهي صلاحيتها تلقائيًا بعد ذلك الوقت. تُستخدم هذه التذكرة لمرة واحدة فقط، ولا يمكن استبدالها أو رد قيمتها أو تبادلها لأي سبب كان، سواء قبل أو بعد انتهاء صلاحيتها.
  • يجب على حامل التذكرة الوصول قبل الوقت المُحدد على التذكرة بـ 15 دقيقة ولن يُسمح بالدخول للمتأخرين.
  • لن نتحمل أي مسؤولية تنشأ عن فقدان أو تلف أي أغراض شخصية، أو وفاة أي شخص أو إصابته، سواء كان ذلك نتيجة إهمال أي شخص أم غير ذلك. يجب أن يكون الأطفال الذين تقل أعمارهم عن 16 عامًا برفقة شخص بالغ في جميع الأوقات أثناء زيارة "ذي فيو"، وسيكون دخولهم على مسؤولية هذا البالغ أو الوصي. لا يُسمح بإحضار الطعام أو المشروبات في "ذي فيو".
  • قد يتم تغيير أو تعديل أوقات الدخول أو أسعار التذاكر أو كلاهما؛ دون إشعار أو مسؤولية.
  • وقد يُطلب من جميع الأشخاص الخضوع لفحص أمني وكذلك أغراضهم –على سبيل المثال لا الحصر– الفحص بالأشعة السينية و/أو تفتيش الحقائب. يؤدي عدم الامتثال لما سبق إلى منع الدخول أو طلب مغادرة "ذي فيو". غير مسموح بأي سلوك قد يؤثر على سلامة أو استمتاع الزوار الآخرين، وكذلك استخدام اللغة الهجومية أو المسيئة أو التهديدية أو المهينة.
  • يجب حفظ أغراضك الشخصية في مكان آمن. لا نتحمل أي مسؤولية عن أي أغراض مفقودة أو مسروقة.
  • يجب الاحتفاظ بالحقائب الكبيرة وحقائب التسوق وعربات الأطفال في الخزائن الموجودة بالقرب من مدخل "ذي فيو".
  • لن نتحمل أي مسؤولية عن الظروف الجوية السيئة التي تؤثر على الرؤية. وحرصًا على سلامتك، قد يكون من الضروري إغلاق التراس الخارجي أثناء الظروف الجوية القاسية. ولن تُسترد الأموال أو يتم تغيير ميعاد الدخول بسبب سوء الأحوال الجوية.
  • غير مسموح باستخدام الصور أو مقاطع الفيديو الملتقطة في أو من أو أثناء الزيارة لأي أغراض تجارية. وقد يُحظر استخدام الكاميرات أو تسجيل الفيديو أو غير ذلك في أي وقت دون إشعار.
  • يُحظر تمامًا وضع أي عنصر –على سبيل المثال لا الحصر– الهواتف المحمولة، والكاميرات، وعصي السيلفي، والحوامل الثلاثية، والحقائب، والأغراض الشخصية الأخرى، على الفتحات أو الحواجز الموجودة بين لوحات النوافذ في التراس أو من خلالها، كما يحظر حمل هذه العناصر خارج تراس "ذي فيو". يجب الاحتفاظ بجميع العناصر داخل التراس في جميع الأوقات ويجب التقاط الصور أو الفيديوهات من داخل التراس فقط.
  • يمكن الوصول إلى تجربة "ذي فيو" الكاملة في الطابق 52 بواسطة الكراسي المتحركة، في حين أن الوصول إلى تجربة "ذي نكست ليفل" في الطابق 54 تكون عبر الدرج فقط.
  • يُمنع اصطحاب الحيوانات الأليفة.
  • يُحظر إدخال العناصر التالية في "ذي فيو": الأقلام الملونة السحرية، ورذاذ الطلاء، وعبوات الأيروسول، والقنينات الزجاجية، والسكاكين، والألعاب النارية أو التي تُحدث انفجارًا، والأسلحة النارية/الذخيرة، والأسلحة الكيميائية، ورذاذ الفلفل/الهراوات، والأدوات متعددة الوظائف، وأحذية التزلج أو أي نوع من الأحذية ذات العجلات.
