General Terms & Conditions
1. General Information
1.1 These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase of tickets and access to attractions and facilities (“Venue(s)”) provided by The View Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Parks and Resorts, The Green Planet, Ain Dubai, Global Village, Inside Burj Al Arab Tour, Wild Wadi, Roxy Cinemas, and Sea Breeze (collectively referred to as "We", "Us", "Our").
1.2 Each Venue operates under a distinct set of rules and regulations that govern the use of its rides and attractions. These rules and regulations must be read carefully by all guests prior to participation. Guests can access the full set of Venue-specific rules and regulations on the official website of the Venue (“Venue Rules and Regulations”).
1.3 By purchasing a ticket, making a booking, or entering any of our Venues, guests acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Venue Rules and Regulations.
1.4 We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions as well as the Venue Rules and Regulations at any time without prior notice.
2. Tickets & Payments
2.1 Tickets & Entry
- Tickets must be purchased through our official websites, authorised resellers, or at the Venue.
- All tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.
- Damaged, lost, or stolen tickets will not be replaced.
- Resale or unauthorised transfer of tickets is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
- Tickets are valid solely for the specif date, time, and listed showing, attraction, or event (where applicable), unless otherwise expressly stated.
- Re-entry is not permitted, unless stated otherwise.
2.2 Payments & Fees
- The full price of the ticket must be paid at the time of booking.
- Tickets may be subject to applicable service charges and taxes, including VAT.
- We reserve the right to cancel any ticket or booking at our sole discretion, should we deem it necessary. Such cancellation may occur for reasons including, but not limited to, breach of terms, fraudulent activity, or any other circumstance where we believe cancellation is required.
3. Entry & Security
3.1 Identification & Security Checks
- Guests must provide a valid proof of identity and/or age if requested at the Venue.
- Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult, at least 21 years old, holding a valid admission ticket.
- We reserve the right to conduct bag searches and security screenings at entry points. Travel luggage and suitcases are not permitted in the Venues.
3.2 Right to Refuse Entry or remove from the Venue
We reserve the right to deny entry or remove guests from the Venues for any reason, including but not limited to posing a safety risk to other guests, disrupting the enjoyment of other guests, or negatively impacting the operation of the Venue. We may take any necessary action to enforce this right, without offering a refund or compensation.
4. Operational Adjustments
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to amend our operating hours, close attractions, or suspend activities without prior notice. Such changes may occur at any time, and under no circumstances will compensation be provided for any modifications.
5. Guest Conduct & Behaviour
5.1 General Conduct
- Guests must behave in a respectful manner and conduct themselves with due care and attention, ensuring that they do not expose themselves or others to any risk of harm.
- Guests must read and comply with all signs, notices, and instructions at the Venue and must adhere to the Venue Rules and Regulations at all times.
- Public displays of affection and any form of indecent behaviour are strictly prohibited.
- Guests are required to dress modestly and respectfully at all times, in accordance with local cultural norms. Clothing that is excessively revealing, offensive, or inappropriate, including attire with offensive logos or messages, will not be permitted.
- Footwear must be worn at all times, unless otherwise specified for certain attractions or activities.
5.2 Prohibited Items & Activities
- Food: Outside food, beverages, and alcohol are strictly prohibited within the Venue. Guests with allergies or specific dietary requirements must inform food vendors prior to purchase to ensure their safety.
- Prohibited Items: Weapons, hazardous materials, illegal substances, and any other dangerous items are strictly forbidden.
- Wheeled Items: The use of wheeled devices, such as roller skates, skateboards, bicycles, and scooters, is not permitted inside the Venue, unless these items are rented within the Venue.
- Commercial Activities: Commercial activities, including but not limited to unauthorised tours, filming, promotional events, and the use of professional cameras, recording equipment, or any form of professional or commercial photography, are strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of the Venue, which may be granted or withheld at its sole discretion.
- Drones: The use of drones or aerial devices is prohibited unless prior written approval is granted by the Venue, subject to the approval of the relevant competent authority, such as the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority (DCAA) and Venue management.
- Pets: Pets and animals are not permitted within the Venue, except for registered service animals.
- Smoking: Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaping, is only permitted in designated areas within the Venue.
- Noise Regulations: The playing of loud music, creation of disruptive noise, or use of audio equipment that disturbs other guests is prohibited.
5.3 Alcoholic Beverages
- Alcoholic beverages may only be purchased and consumed by guests who are 21 years of age or older.
- Valid identification may be requested to verify age.
- Guests who fail to provide valid proof of age when requested will be refused service of alcoholic beverages.
- Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited outside designated areas where alcohol is permitted.
- We reserve the right to refuse service of alcoholic beverages at our absolute discretion.
6. Health, Safety, and Responsibility
6.1 General Safety
- Guests must comply with all health and safety instructions displayed throughout the Venue and follow the directions of Venue staff at all times.
- We will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that result from a failure to adhere to safety regulations or the directives issued by Venue staff.
- Guests must adhere to any government-mandated health and safety measures, including hygiene and screening protocols.
6.2 Use of Attractions & Activities
- All attractions, rides, water activities, and experiences are entered at guests' own risk.
- Certain attractions may have height, weight, age, or health restrictions for safety reasons, and guests must comply with all guidelines.
- The guest is solely responsible for following all instructions provided for rides and attractions at all times. We shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained during participation in any activity, including, but not limited to, rides, water activities, and interactive experiences.
7. Personal Belongings & Liability
7.1 Guest Responsibility
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
- We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
7.2 Lost & Found
- Any lost items should be reported to guest services at the Venue.
- Unclaimed items will be handled in accordance with Venue policies.
8. Photography and Filming
- Guests are permitted to take photographs and videos for personal use, provided such activities do not disrupt the operations of the Venue or the enjoyment of other guests.
- The Venues are tourist destinations where filming and photography may occur at any time. By entering the Venues, the guest irrevocably consents to and authorises us, and our authorised representatives, to photograph and/or make sound recordings of the guest for any purpose, worldwide. All such photographs and sound recordings shall remain the sole property of the Venue. If the guest does not wish to be photographed or filmed, they must expressly inform the photographer or videographer at the time.
- The use of any recording devices, including but not limited to cameras, mobile phones, or other electronic equipment, for the purpose of photographing or filming cinema screens or any portion of the film presentation is strictly prohibited. This restriction applies regardless of the intended use of the footage. Any guest found in violation of this policy may be asked to leave the premises without refund and may be subject to legal action, including but not limited to claims for copyright infringement and prosecution under applicable intellectual property laws.
9. Security & Surveillance
9.1 CCTV Monitoring
The Venues are monitored by CCTV for security purposes.
9.2 Guest Safety
Guests should report any suspicious activity or security concerns to staff immediately.
10. Governing Law & Contact Information
10.1 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
10.2 Contact Information

Final Agreement
By purchasing a ticket or entering our Venues, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, and that they have been provided with access to the Venue Rules and Regulations. Failure to comply with these terms may result in removal from the Venue, without entitlement to a refund.
General
- Ticket holders should arrive 15 minutes prior to the time shown on the ticket. The View Palm Jumeirah cannot guarantee entry to any person arriving after the time stated on the ticket.
- Visitors may be required to provide proof of identification for ticket verification purposes.
- Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult, at least 21 years old, holding a valid admission ticket.
- Children aged 3 to 12 holding a child ticket must have a valid ID as proof of age, which must be presented upon request at the entrance.
- Children under 3 may enter The View Palm Jumeirah free of charge. Government issued photo ID may be required for age verification purposes.
- Strollers and Shopping Bags are not allowed in the experience and should be kept at the available locker rooms.
- Ticket holders availing any discount must present the valid entity card used during the transaction, along with a valid photo identification (such as a passport, Emirates ID, or driving license) at the entrance.
- The View Palm Jumeirah disclaims any responsibility for inclement weather conditions effecting visibility. All tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.
