Yes! Tickets are required for everyone visiting The View at The Palm except for children aged 4 and below who can visit for free. Timed-entry tickets are required.

The general ticket includes a journey of immersive experiences leading to the exhibition area where you can learn about the history and story behind Palm Jumeirah, then finally, leading to the spectacular observation deck. All tickets to the View at the Palm include: Self-Tour, Exhibit Area, Immersive Theater and access to The Viewing Deck.

Yes. The view at the palm welcomes visits by journalists, bloggers and social media influencers. Applications for press passes must be submitted and approved in advance of arrival. The minimum advance booking time is 3 business days. Please send your media visit applications to: [email protected]

The View at The Palm is a public observation deck towering 240 meters above Palm Jumeirah, on the 52nd floor of The Palm Tower and directly connected to Nakheel Mall.

The View at The Palm is directly connected to Nakheel Mall Rooftop, level 2.

Monday to Sunday – 9:00 AM to 8:30 PM (Last Entry 7:30 PM)

Non-Prime hours:  From 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM

Prime hours: From 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM.

Entry at The View at The Palm is as per the ticket time. If you arrive early, you can spend some time at Nakheel Mall.
