- NYE ticket includes The View journey experience, Access to level 52 City view only.
- The event will grant access to the City View area on Level 52 only. The Palm Jumeirah / Atlantis View area will be closed for a private event.
- Only the Gold NYE package grant Access to level 52 and level 54 City view only.
- This ticket is strictly personal and non-transferable. Any resale, transfer, or commercial use without prior written authorization will be subject to immediate cancellation.
- This ticket is valid only for the date and time shown and expires immediately afterward.
- This ticket is valid for one-time use only and cannot be reissued, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances.
- Ticket holders are required to arrive no later than 15 minutes before the scheduled entry time.
- The management shall bear no liability whatsoever for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property, nor for any loss of life, injury, or harm sustained by any individual, whether arising from negligence, acts or omissions, or any other cause. By entering the premises, the ticket holder expressly assumes all associated risks and waives any right to claim against the management, its employees, or affiliates.
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted within The View premises.
- Visit duration may take up to 2 hours.
- Entry timings and ticket prices are subject to change at any time without notice or obligation to compensate.
- All guests and their personal belongings may be subject to security screening, including but not limited to bag inspections.
- Children under 3 may enter The View Palm Jumeirah free of charge. Government issued photo ID may be required for age verification purposes.
- Strollers and Shopping Bags are not allowed in the experience and should be kept at the available locker rooms.
- Guests are responsible for securing their personal belongings. The View accepts no liability for any items that are lost or stolen.
- Large bags must be stored in the lockers located at the View Entrance.
- Visibility may be affected by adverse weather, for which the management accepts no liability. In the event of severe weather, the outdoor terrace may be closed for guest safety. No refunds or compensation will be issued for weather-related impacts.
- Any photos or videos captured at or during the visit are strictly for non-commercial use. The management reserves the right to limit or prohibit the use of cameras and recording equipment at any time without notice.
- Pets are not permitted.
- The following items are strictly prohibited at The View and may not be brought past the entrance (magic markers, spray paint, aerosol cans, glass bottles, knives, fireworks or explosives, firearms, ammunition, chemical weapons, mace or pepper spray, multi-tools, and skate shoes or any wheeled footwear).

- Failure to comply with any of these terms may result in denial of entry or removal from The View premises. Any behaviour that may compromise the safety or enjoyment of other guests, including the use of offensive, abusive, threatening, or insulting language, will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
